2. Shipping Options:
We offer standard shipping and express shipping options to customers within Canada and the United States. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at the time of checkout.
3. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the art piece. The cost of shipping within Canada will be displayed at the time of checkout and is included in the total purchase price.
NOTE: For international shipping, kindly provide us with the details of your city, country, and postal/zip code, along with the specific art piece (s) you are interested in. In addition, kindly let us know your preferred airport for air freight quotes or sea port for sea freight quotes.
Airfreight: The cost of airfreight quotes is based on weight and certain additional fees, such as for documentation and fumigation. This method is ideal for smaller crates or individual sculptures. With transit times typically measured in days, airfreight offers relatively quick delivery. However, it's important to factor in extra time for payment processing, document preparation, and customs clearance upon arrival.
Seafreight: Seafreight quotes are determined by volume, unless the weight of a consignment exceeds the expected proportion for its size, in which case the charges may be adjusted. This method is ideal for shipping larger crates containing multiple sculptures or a single, very large piece. A minimum charge of one cubic meter applies, so it becomes cost-effective to choose sea freight when the volume of a shipment approaches this size. Despite being more affordable, seafreight is slower with transit times measured in weeks. It's important to factor in extra time for payment processing, document preparation, and customs clearance upon arrival, resulting in a total shipment time that could span several months.
4. Tracking Information:
Once your art piece has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and delivery updates via email. You can track your shipment by visiting the carrier's website and entering the tracking number.
5. Delivery:
All art pieces are packaged with care to ensure they arrive in the same condition they were purchased in.
