L. Dambaza
Dambaza's artistic inspiration stemmed from his experiences assisting his uncle, Godfrey Mutenga, and later his brother, Kudzanai Dambaza. Witnessing their creative processes ignited his own passion for art.
In 2002, Dambaza embarked on his solo artistic career, producing remarkable and imaginative works. His preference lies in working with challenging stones such as springstone, fruitstones, and cobalt.
Despite not having ventured beyond Zimbabwe's borders and not participating in formal exhibitions, his pieces have found their way to various corners of the world, including Germany, the Netherlands, America, Canada, and the UK. Dambaza's works stand out for their uniqueness, and he serves as an inspiring figure among the younger generation of artists.
